Open Question: Lost weight now want a little burst?
I have lost about 36 pounds over about 12 months and I want to continue to lose weight but my weight loss as slowed way down. I lost 1 pound last month and so on. I swim a hour a day at least 4 days a week and try to eat when I am hungry and not feel full when I am done. I am not a big sweet or snack eater. I follow The Jacksonville Jaguars (NFL) and the starting quarterback cut out complex carbs for two weeks and lost 20 pounds. I would say most low carb dieters lose weight but do not learn anything and gain it back. I understand its a life fight with weight not a 3 month, lose 20 pound fight. Basically, whats your opinion if I do this type diet for a few weeks lose the weight and then go back to my exercising and moderating, would it work? Could I keep the weight off?
Also, should I take multi-vitamins?

Open Question: Weight loss and Muscle gain tips?
Hello my brother is trying to get a strong flat core.He has no intention of becomming a teenage body builder he is just aiming to gain some muscle mass and loosing weight. He’s 5 foot 6 and he was 180 pounds. He is at least trying to get to 140 pounds by the end of summer. He has been working out and tried the all water no food diet but he only lost 10 pounds and hasn’t lost anything since. So he needs help creating a well balanced diet. What should he eat for
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
and snacks
He also is using a medium resistance band to gain muscle. But he has only gained muscle in his arms and shoulders not in the chest and stomach area. He needs a cardio workout and a resistance band workout to help burn the fat in his chest area and stomach area.
He needs a cardio workout that is 30 minuets a day once a day and He needs a resistance band workout for 30 minuets day that only works his chest,obliques,and abs.
Can some one give him exercise routines that can help him burn fat in his stomach area and please inculde
*The techniques he should use
*How many times he needs to preform these exersize techniques
*How many repetitions he should do
*How many times he should do this routine every day
Example- Arm curls 20 times and 3 repetitions (total-60)
-Shoulder flyers 20 times and 2 repetitions(total-60)
-Shoulder press 20 times and 2 repetitions(total-60)
P.S. He already uses this routine to gain muscle mass in his arms and shoulders so please no exersizes tha target those areas
