Ingredients:
* 8 cups of Spelt Flour
* 1/2 tsp salt
* Half a cup of sesame seeds
* 2 tsp baking soda
* 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
* 4 and a quarter cups of milk
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, and grease two 9 x 5 inch bread tins.
2. Mix the spelt flour, sesame seeds, salt, baking soda, milk and molasses in a large bowl. Once it is nicely blended together, separate the mixture into the bread tins.
3. Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Placing a tin of the same size over the top will give it a nice crust.
