Open Question: Why am i gaining weight in my stomach while dieting and exercising?
I eat extremely healthy, and exercise for at least an hour and half or more each day, doing cardio, and weights. But i am not losing anymore weight, and I’m sure it is not muscle mass because my stomach is looking fatter than before. I do tons of ab exercises as well but nothing seems to burn that fat. Why am I gaining weight in my stomach areas? What can i do that will shrink my stomach??? HELP!
