Open Question: Please help…diet advice..?
I have been on a diet and going to the gym 5 times a week for over a month now. I have lost 7lbs and am almost in a UK size 10 which is my goal! (I was a 12).
I feel so proud of what I have acheived but I am going through a crash right now. I am craving so much chocolate and other junk food.
I feel the motivation is going and I am scared of getting comfortable and putting the weight straight back on.
I know 7lbs isnt that much but its almost got me to my goal (a couple more pounds and i will be where i want to be!).
Please help kick me back into gear!!
Any advice appreciated!

Open Question: concern for head pain/pressure?
Okay, so im a 21 year old female and am physically fit.
My concern for my heavy head and general lethargy is growing. To give some background detail I have been in a car crash 6 years ago and did hit my head on the windscreen and was a little black and blue but nothing at the time i felt i should be over concerned about. However, that may have no relevance to how im feeling lately. To put it simply my head usually feels heavy, like a pressure on top pushing downward and my jaw hurts. At times I have touched my chest, back and neck and have felt like i am bruised-but am not, it can be quite uncomfortable. I have been to my GP and have had no help of them they just suggest to drink more and have a healthy diet-which i do.
Any help would be great just to give me an insight, Thanks
