Open Question: abnormal blood tests with my 15 yo daughter, ana positive, then normal, c3 and c4 off for past four tests?
my 15 yo daughter has been sick for the past two years, we have been to every doc you can imagine, started with bad headaches, and eye dilation, to silent seizures with loss of sight and balance, hair loss, breast discharge, joint pain, chest pain, and she was always tired…neurologist did many test, no tumors, thank god, no abnormalities, no vertigo, finally new ped doc suggested blood work, not sure why hadn’t been done before, but blood came back pos ana, sent to rheumetologist, has done four rounds of blood, all with low c3 and c4 levels. ana back to normal, docs not saying much, just want to do “more” testing. worried to death, any suggestions as to what may be going on, just looking for a direction. thanks

Open Question: Is it possible to get medical insurance once you’ve been diagnosed with breast cancer?
I was let go from my job about a year ago and haven’t had medical insurance since then. I’ve was diagnosed with breast cancer last week and have to undergo a masectomy to remove the tumor. Are their insurance companies that will offer coverage to people with preexisting condtions?
